About My Ride: In 2008 I was looking for an unusual car something unique and rare, when I came across this first year 1968 Torino GT fastback. When I got the car it was in ok shape, but needed to be given some TLC. In the preceding months my daughter, her boyfriend and I worked many hours to get it in the shape we now have it in. We showed it the first time May 2009 at Dog n Suds located in Ingleside Illinois, we were met with many kind complements of how nice the car looked and that many never had seen one before. It was a rewarding feeling when people noticed all the details we worked so hard on to bring it back to the stock level. The car has brought my daughter and I closer together it has allowed us to attend many shows and enjoy many other wonderful cars out there.
